Drills/Exercise of the week Edition 7

This week we take a look at six exercises.

Exercise one is for the goalkeepers and goalkeeper coaches out there focusing on control and distribution.  

Exercise two is also for goalkeepers.  This one takes a look at a pre match warm up routine.

Exercise three is a possession exercise from the Southampton Academy.

Exercise four this week is a 3 vs 2 transition exercise from the Chelsea Academy.

The fifth exercise this week is a four way finish exercise.

The sixth and final exercise this week is a 1 vs 1 finishing exercise that involves some competitive sprint work.
