Drills/Exercise of the week Edition 7

This week we take a look at six exercises.

Exercise one is for the goalkeepers and goalkeeper coaches out there focusing on control and distribution.

Exercise three is a possession exercise from the Southampton Academy.

This skill development session encourages intelligent movement and quick play, giving our players the skills they need to break-down even the most stubborn defences.

Exercise four this week is a 3 vs 2 transition exercise from the Chelsea Academy.

The sixth and final exercise this week is a 1 vs 1 finishing exercise that involves some competitive sprint work.
